Specially designed for quick-drying and water-based paints. The added dust binder and the weighted filter construction create a very high capture efficiency.

The Paintstop Orange filter media has been specially designed for paint mist separation in areas where fast-drying and/or water-based paints are used, such as spray rooms, pre-treatment floors, spray booths, etc.

As these paint mist particles already reach the filter wall dry, a normal dry paint trap filter is often no longer adequate. A contaminated installation (+ ductwork) and increased emissions to the outside are then the result. To overcome this problem, the use of Paintstop Orange is recommended. The weighted filter construction and the presence of dust binder result in a very high capture efficiency.

Odourless glass fibre material. The open structure of the fibre material in the air flow guarantees a high absorption capacity of separated paint particles and a low increase in resistance. Even when heavily soiled, as the paint particles are absorbed deep into the medium.

Paintstop Orange requires little space when stored, as the material is elastic and can be compressed. The application of the product is very numerous. The medium is white on the dirty air side and orange on the clean air side.

REPLACEMENT MEDIUM
It is recommended to renew the Paintstop medium when the final resistance of 120 Pa has been reached. This is best done in the morning. The paint-soaked medium should be disposed of immediately to a safe place because of the danger of self-ignition.

The filter medium is available in mats or rolls.

The fibres of the paintstop sting the hands, we recommend using gloves.
