Fine air filtration media specially designed to be used
in downstream paint spray booths as a final filtration barrier
on all paint-damaging particles from the inlet air
flow. This ceiling filter or diffusion medium provides:
an even air distribution and laminar flow everywhere
the spray booth, when applied in automotive assembly plants
and car repair facilities, as well as in the repair
aftermarket.
The filter media is made of: selected high-quality, unbreakable fibres in amulti-layering technique with progressive density high depth loading to ensure high dust holding capacity with optimum performance at the lowest pressure drop.
This medium is fully thermally bonded and impregnated at full
depth with a special tackifier coating to prevent any
release of fibres and migration of paint-damaging particles
larger than 10 microns due to vibrations in the system, even
under varying temperature conditions.
