This HQ power filter for your Wolf CFL 10 - EC, with its spacer technology, is an upgrade from the standard M5 filter and offers the best protection against fine dust and pollen in your home.
The filter material is polyester, which ensures the physical durability of the filter, even in places with humid air.
Because this filter is equipped with filter media efficiency and aerodynamics for better filter performance, you create the best indoor climate for you and your family.
The HQ power filter is mounted on the return air in your Wolf CFL 10 - EC
We recommend that you inspect your filter every three months and replace it at least every six months, also to limit contamination of the air ducts. Dirty air ducts are a breeding ground for mould and bacteria.
In addition to using these filters, we recommend regularly using the Protec spray.

By purchasing these heat recovery filters, you bring fresh air from outside into your home. Good ventilation is important for maintaining a healthy indoor climate, but also to prevent substances, dirt, bacteria and mould from accumulating in the ventilation system.
Regular filter changes result in significant energy savings.
The filter standard: EN799:2012 has been replaced by the filter standard: ISO16890 since 1 July 2018.
This classifies filters into so-called ePM categories.
This classification provides an accurate indication of the particle sizes that are filtered out of the air.
PM1 stands for all types of particulate matter smaller than 1 micron (μ = one thousandth of a millimetre):
-
PM1: 1μ = 0.001 mm
-
PM2.5: 2.5μ = 0.0025 mm
-
PM10: 10μ = 0.01 mm
The 'e' in PM1 stands for 'efficiency' and indicates the efficiency of the air filter in capturing PM1.
Based on these values, the standard now divides filters into four groups that filter different dust particles:
-
ISO Coarse < 50% (sand, fluff, hair)
-
ISO ePM10 ≥ 50% (pollen, stone dust)
-
ISO ePM2.5 ≥ 50% (mould spores, toner dust)
-
ISO ePM1 (combustion particles, nanoparticles, viruses)
